Balsamiq Cloud pricing: per Space, not per user

A lot of prototyping tools are priced per user. Balsamiq Cloud is different.

Each Balsamiq Cloud subscription comes with unlimited users.

Pricing in Balsamiq Cloud is instead based on Spaces, which are workspaces for you and your organization. Each Space contains Balsamiq projects, which is where your wireframes are created.

To facilitate effortless collaboration, we decided to not charge per user. This way you can invite all the stakeholders to your Spaces, without worrying about billing.

Instead, our plans are based on number of projects in a Space. You can choose between 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 or 400 Projects for Business or Enterprise plans.

You can have as many Spaces as you want, each with its own subscription.
